  4. Proof of posting does not confirm that your proof of purchase has been received. Acco and agencies associated with this promotion are not responsible for lost or mislaid promotional leaflets
  5. Acco and their agents are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by you, your computer and its associated data. Connection to the promotional website is entirely at the computer owners or your risk
  6. You should seek the permission of your employer before you enter the promotional website or take part in any aspect of the promotion
  7. Promotional start date is 01/01/08 - closing date is 31/12/08. Entry to the online Scratch card will not be possible after midnight on 31/12/08
  8. Voucher application forms will not be accepted after midnight on 31/12/08
  9. All Virgin vouchers that are added to your account are virtual vouchers. You must claim your Virgin Experience through the promotional website. It will be purchased on your behalf with the virtual vouchers you hold in your account in addition to any cash top up you have made (Debit or credit card required). Details of your 'Virgin experience' will be posted to the address you use at registration
  10. Acco and its agencies have no control over the types of Virgin experiences currently offered by Virgin. These are subject to change without notice. Should your choice not be available we will inform you in writing or via email.You may then choose another through this promotional website

You may add cash via a debit or credit card to top up your Virgin experience account in order to obtain Virgin experiences greater than the total value of any virtual vouchers that you hold in your account. Cash may only be added to accounts through the website via a debit or credit card. Do not send cash or card details to the postal address on the Voucher application form. To top up your virtual voucher account you must hold a valid debit or credit card issued in the name you use when you register on this site. We will not accept card details that do not match the name you supply at registration
  12. You may be asked to take part in any reasonable PR activity if you are the winner of a prize
  13. Virtual Virgin virtual vouchers are not transferable between online accounts.
  14. Acco and its associates are not responsible for any injury or loss that you or another party may sustain through participation in any Virgin experience activity

You will need to provide your contact details and a valid postal address. These details will only be used to communicate with you if you reveal a prize. You will not be contacted by Acco/Rexel unless you choose the option of being informed of further promotions and offers at registration

*UK mainland - You may enter the scratch card part of this promotion once without product purchase between the opening and closing dates 01/01/08 - 31/12/08. In order to receive a free code you must sign up and provide your email address. You will also be asked to take part in a small survey. Once completed we will send you one code for your one free entry to play the scratch card via email

*Northern Ireland - You may enter the scratch card part of this promotion once without product purchase between the opening and closing dates 01/01/08 - 31/12/08.To enter the scratch card part of this promotion without product purchase and for an equal chance of winning; send - via post - your address details to the following address: Experience Rexel, Dept. 10592 NPN, PO Box 999, Tring, Herts, HP23 4ZP. One entry per person per day per stamped addressed envelope. No bulk or third party applications allowed. Winners only will be notified within 28 days

*Republic of Ireland - You may enter the scratch card part of this promotion once without product purchase between the opening and closing dates 01/01/08 - 31/12/08. To do this, enter your details on the site as requested. You will then be asked a skill and judgement question and, if this is answered correctly you will be sent an entry code vial email.
